This program is designed to help hospitality students and professionals improve their English skills for real workplace situations. It adapts to different levels so that each participant can progress effectively: B1–B2 learners: build confidence and expand essential hospitality vocabulary for daily tasks such as welcoming guests, giving information, and handling requests. B2–C1 learners: receive personalized feedback, practice advanced vocabulary, and develop a more refined and professional style of English for client interactions, meetings, and presentations. Through role-plays, discussions, and practical tasks, participants gain the language and confidence needed to provide excellent service in international hospitality environments.
